This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling camera installation services with Dash-Cam Installers LLC (“we”, “us’, or “our”).
Cancellation by Customer

Prior to Installation:

If you cancel your installation appointment within 48 hours/2 business days prior to the scheduled appointment, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the total installation cost.

If you cancel your installation appointment more than 48 hours/2 business days prior to the scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

After Installation:

Once the installation is complete, cancellations are generally not accepted.

However, we may consider cancellations on a case-by-case basis due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us immediately to discuss your situation.

Cancellation by Dash-Cam Installers
We reserve the right to cancel an installation appointment in the following circumstances:

Severe Weather: In case of severe weather conditions that pose a safety risk to our technicians or may impact the quality of the installation.

Vehicle Issues: If your vehicle is not accessible or in a condition that prevents us from safely performing the installation.

Unforeseen Circumstances: In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may necessitate the cancellation of an appointment.
Notification
In the event of a cancellation by either party, we will notify you as soon as possible via [method of notification, e.g., phone call, email].
Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of the cancellation request.
